HPD Registration
How do I register with HPD?
HPD offers registration forms via their Online Registration System. Please note these forms have to be printed and mailed (not submitted online). In addition to filing paperwork, the $13 registration fee must be paid through the Department of Finance. You will see this on your Statement of Account, and can link to the DOF for payment directly from the Online Registration System.
Once both components of the process are complete, your property will be registered for the year. HPD will confirm this via mail/e-mail, forwarded to the managing agent listed on the paperwork.
