HPD Violations In The InCheck App Gives You Even More Visibility

For owners and managers in NYC, viewing HPD violations in the InCheck app makes it even easier to access key details onsite and take action.

Here’s how you can get more HPD information, wherever you are:

Details At-A-Glance

HPD violations can be found under NYC Agencies, shown for any property or unit with NYC data in your account. This section can be seen by clicking into an individual property or specific unit.

Once you click into HPD violations, you’ll be able to see key details for every open infraction at a property or unit:

  • Correction and certification dates are surfaced instantly in a list view, so you can prioritize based on urgency and timing
  • Color-coded agency statuses are clear to help quickly identify what needs attention

See What You Need With Powerful Filters

By default, we’ll show you open HPD violations organized by property or unit. From there, you can filter down to see exactly what you need when you’re onsite:

  • Toggle to view closed violations and see what’s been taken care of
  • Filter by class, violation type (order number), status, unit, and more

Take Quick Action

The InCheck Mobile app makes it easy to let your team know you’re on top of HPD infractions. You can take action in multiple ways:

  • Add notes and photos directly to HPD violations in the app. Your team will be able to see these on the Mobile App and in the desktop
  • Create and complete Tasks associated with any HPD violation

Users can access HPD violations in-app with the latest version of the InCheck Mobile app, available in the App Store or Google Play.

Stay tuned for even more updates coming to help your team spring into action on critical compliance items, wherever they are.
