WATCH: SiteCompli’s Customer Success Team Answers Your Biggest COVID-19 Questions

On Thursday, April 23rd, SiteCompli’s Customer Success team went digital with their quarterly Third Thursday event, answering the top ten questions we’ve heard from NYC owners and managers over the past several weeks. While Third Thursdays are usually in-person gatherings (and usually held on the Third Thursday of a certain month), our team couldn’t wait to (virtually) see your teams and share timely, critical information with you.

From compliance changes to best practices, the team touched on several key things managers need to know:

  • How other property management teams are implementing daily cleaning checklists from the CDC & DOHMH
  • The latest Benchmarking change for 2019 submissions, just announced in late April
  • Strategies and resources for hybrid work environments (at home, remote, etc.)
  • Accessing helpful tools for tenant communication, like SiteCompli’s Call Center and Tenant Portal, free of charge
