New York City buildings are managed by some of the best property management companies, such as First Service Residential, R.E.M. Residential, Langsam Property Services – just to name a few.

Here at SiteCompli, we knew it was time to acknowledge the organizations and individuals who are committed to providing excellent service and value to their tenants.

And that’s why we launched the SiteCompli Checkmark Awards.

The Checkmark Awards will highlight outstanding organizations and individuals in property management that set the bar high when it comes to industry standards and best practices.

“SiteCompli works with a vast majority of New York City’s property managers and owners. We saw early on, that some individuals and organizations were doing amazing work for the companies and tenants, and we wanted to take the opportunity to recognize them,” Seth Dotterer, VP of Marketing.

The Checkmark Awards are distributed for performance excellence in five categories:

  • Residential Organization of the Year
  • Commercial Organization of the Year
  • The Pioneer Award
  • Compliance Manager of the Year
  • Community Leader of the Year

Nominations are being accepted until June 30th, so property managers are encouraged to submit nominations for themselves or colleagues.

Winners will be recognized at the 2017 RealFocus Conference – Tuesday, September 19, 2017 in New York, NY.
