At every RealFocus, we’ve got a roster of NYC Agency representatives to help you navigate the latest rules and agency changes. This year, we’ve already got several agencies stepping up to the plate:
- The return of the FDNY! We’re thrilled to welcome back Chief Inspector Cendagorta to RealFocus, where he can answer your questions on key equipment regulations and best practices.
- The Department of Sanitation will return to check in on the latest rule changes and rollouts – a can’t-miss session, especially since DSNY violations are the most-frequently issued and highest-growing infractions citywide
- DOHMH comes back after their RealFocus debut to talk management best practices, including pest treatment options, requirements, and more. They’ll also be onsite to answer your questions during session breaks – don’t miss this opportunity to get expert advice directly from agency reps!
In 2023, several agencies made first-heard announcements at RealFocus impacting existing rules. If you don’t want to miss these updates, you won’t want to miss this year’s event.

Big Swings On Big Challenges
