Summer is finally here, which means cooling tower maintenance and staying clear of fines are top of mind for property managers across NYC.

Because of new regulations and increased enforcement, cooling tower maintenance is not always straightforward. There are just about 5,000 cooling towers registered in NYC, and a single violation can vary anywhere between $250-$2,000 depending on the offenses.
