NYC is Looking for Benchmarking Focus Group Participants – Here Are the Details

The city is preparing its rollout of the new benchmarking regulations for buildings greater than 25,000 square feet. As part of that process, they’re looking for input from owners and managers who work with buildings of that size.

The Benchmarking Help Center will be conducting two focus groups over the next few weeks regarding rollout of the new regulations. You’re invited to join them for one or both of the following sessions:

  • Thursday, June 29th from 6 PM to 8 PM
  • Tuesday, July 11th from 6 PM to 8 PM

Both sessions will be held at 253 Broadway, 14th Floor. All focus group participants will receive a $50 Visa gift card as compensation, per the Benchmarking Help Center. You can reach out to questions@benchmarkinghelpcenter.org or 212-566-5584 for additional details.
