What is a FISPNRF?

A FISPNRF is an administratively issued violation for failure to file a façade inspection. As of February 2020, associated civil penalties are $5,000/year for the violation.

To rectify the violation, the report must be submitted and FISPNRF fees and penalties should be paid via DOB NOW: Safety, per the DOB's recent Service Notice.
