More than 200 real estate industry professionals will come together on September 29th for RealFocus – New York City’s first real estate conference specifically focused on regulatory compliance.
Presented by SiteCompli, the industry leader in Compliance Automation Technology (CAT), RealFocus will equip attendees with the compliance strategies they need to efficiently manage their businesses while saving time and money.
“The Real Estate industry has a knowledge gap around sharing best practices, understanding the latest regulations, and using technology to automate compliance functions,” said Ross Goldenberg, Co-CEO of SiteCompli. “We felt an obligation to help the Real Estate community fill that gap”.
RealFocus is packed with a compelling agenda delivered by some of the best industry experts. Property managers of all levels will work together to hone their skills and gain the useful knowledge needed to further their careers and businesses.
Attendees will learn easy and actionable tactics from speakers including Archana Jayaram, deputy commissioner of strategic planning & policy at NYC Department of Buildings, Robert Hochman, senior partner of Cohen, Hochman & Allen, Scott Lenzi, owner of OCS Chemical Engineering, and representatives from the NYC Department of Finance. Attendees will also have the opportunity to speak to RealFocus partners: Original Energy, ALC Environmental, F&F Supply, Sierra Consulting Group, Webster Lock & Company, and Bargold Storage Systems, in addition to SiteCompli.
“We’re addressing some of the most pressing building regulation issues and industry programs within NYC, like new cooling tower requirements and the latest DOB NOW portal,” said Jason Griffith, Co-CEO of SiteCompli. “New York City’s real estate industry is evolving and property managers need to learn how to adapt or risk getting left behind. It’s validating to see companies like FirstService, Elliman, and Thor sending people to RealFocus.”
In addition to a full day of informational sessions, SiteCompli is also introducing its new compliance certification course program, SiteCompli U, which will give all attendees the opportunity to test their knowledge on real-world real estate problems.
