Inspection Summary Report Gives You Even More Onsite Insights

If you want to get more information on overarching property trends, inspection comparisons, and more, the Inspection Summary Report can get you there. Here’s how:

More Onsite Insights

The Inspection Summary Report lets you gather results across multiple inspections, giving you the ability to compare inputs and photos from more than one outing in the field. It’s a great way to understand how time and trends are impacting properties in your portfolio, and an easy export for comparing results from more than one outing in the field.

Detailed Summaries

Teams are using the Inspection Summary Report (ISR) to provide details for a number of property ops needs. Here are just some of the things the ISR can report on:

Due Diligence Reports

If you’re preparing a Due Diligence Report, the ISR gathers all the forms you need (roof, mechanical, unit reviews, grounds, etc.) and compiles them into one share-ready document. You can even add a Due Diligence-specific introduction page – selecting Due Diligence during the report creation process will open up a new area for you to add more details.

NSPIRE Summaries

The ISR is also great for teams doing pre-NSPIRE inspections:

  • View a detailed rundown of which units had which defects so you can better plan repairs/supplies
  • Include all required inspections (Units, Inside, Outside) for a true performance estimation

Changes Over Time

Whether it’s through accompanying photos or the inputs themselves, teams can easily see how areas and features have changed over time – for better, or for worse.

How It Works

You can access the ISR from the Reports tab in your InCheck account:

  • Click Create New Report
  • Select the Inspection Summary Report
  • Choose the property and date range
  • Choose the category and type of inspections you’d like to include within that date range
  • Including Summary Details gives you a rundown of every response, dated and time-stamped, for all included inspections (as opposed to summary counts only)
  • Including the photo appendix will gather all pictures included in the inspections in a section at the back of the report (in addition to being shown alongside the inspection result in Summary Details)

Future Features

We’ve got some exciting functionality coming soon to make your ISR even better:

  • With Answer Attributes, your team can apply scoring (perfect for NSPIRE score predictions) and values (good/bad) to results, giving you a clearer picture of where you stand
