Two brand-new InCheck features ensure your team is all set for every part of your onsite process – from inspection to sign-off.
Conditional Requirements
When something’s not right, you need the full picture – literally.
InCheck’s conditional requirements let you decide when your onsite team needs to take action, like add a note, snap a photo, or start a Work Order. It makes sure your team isn’t just marking responses – they’re getting all the details you need for the next steps, or even kicking things off.
So if someone says the state of the floors at a property are “poor,” you can require them to capture a photo. If someone says the refrigerator “needs repair,” you can require them to leave a comment with more details or start a Work Order.
It’s easy to make sure your team is capturing the right info, too – InCheck will let them know what they need, and when they’re good to go:
You’ll see when additional steps are required depending on a response.
In this case, we’ll need to add a comment based on the asterisk.
Now that we’ve filled in the comment, we’re good to move on.
That’s it – your team doesn’t need to double back to get more details. You have everything you need to focus on the fix.
You can take advantage of conditional requirements by setting them directly in your team’s Form Builder.
Work Order Signature Requirements
For teams who need to capture resident signatures as part of the Work Order completion process, InCheck has you covered.
Admins can now require resident signatures for specific Work Order updates. When a user goes to update the status of a Work Order (either directly or via an inspection), they’ll be shown which statuses require a signature, and (if selected) given a pop-up window for the resident to sign.
Admins can easily update requirements in their Company Settings page, making statuses required for certain Work Order categories, or for any type of Work Order. The signatures live directly on the Work Order so they’ll pull over into your PMS.
If you have questions about the above features, don’t hesitate to reach out to your Customer Success Manager or support@sitecompli.com. We’re here to make sure your team is set to collect the data you need, when you need it.
