What is a yellow card or Notice of Correction card?
A Notice of Correction card (also known as a yellow card) is sometimes given to named respondents in exchange for curing or correcting an FDNY Notice of Violation.
This acts as proof that no further action is required from the FDNY for a specific violation. See below for an example:
