Now Available – SiteCompli Work Orders In The InCheck Mobile App

Great news for teams that use built-in SiteCompli Work Orders – they’re now available in your InCheck Mobile App!

SiteCompli Work Orders

Just like Work Orders from integrated Property Management Systems (Yardi, ResMan, etc.), SiteCompli Work Order information is now synced directly to your App. From there, you can:

  • View Work Orders across all properties in your Portfolio
  • Edit the status of any Work Order in just two clicks
  • Add notes, photos, and attachments directly from your mobile device
  • Create new Work Orders on the fly

Any changes in the InCheck Mobile App are synced directly back to your desktop, and vice versa.

That’s not all – over the next few weeks, even more functionality is coming to SiteCompli Work Orders:

  • You’ll be able to add items from any inspection to one or multiple SiteCompli Work Orders, directly in app
  • You’ll also be able to use Work Orders to automatically trigger Workflows

Work Orders and Workflows

Using Work Orders alongside InCheck Workflows helps your team track all different kinds of efforts and must-dos. Oftentimes, teams will use Work Orders for onsite repairs, or things that need to be tracked financially and synced to a centralized PMS. They’ll use InCheck Tasks for tracking administrative work, or work that can be assigned to teams of people instead of routed to a specific individual. InCheck gives your team the flexibility to use Work Orders, Workflows, or a combination of both to make sure everything on your to-do list gets done, the right way.

Whether you use Work Orders linked to your favorite Property Management System, or SiteCompli’s built-in ones, automate the way your team records and responds to onsite work – all with InCheck.
