From residential and commercial organizations to NYC institutions and specialty groups, nearly 300 professionals across the industry joined us for a full day of compliance and technology education.

Over A Dozen Educational Seminars

Event guests chose from over 12 breakout sessions throughout the day, including guest presentations from the FDNY, Benchmarking Help Center, Department of Sanitation, and more. There were also two brand-new SiteCompli workshops focused on exploring SiteCompli’s Work Order system (including the mobile app), and ways to bring your entire building online.

Two sessions focused on some of SiteCompli’s most popular resources – crafting your own compliance checklist (you can find our starter for 2017 here) and reviewing some of the biggest trends in NYC violations (check out our Report on the city’s biggest infractions here).

Additionally, guests got real-time answers from some of the city’s top experts in administrative law, environmental regulations, energy compliance, and cooling towers/water systems.

A Sneak Peek Behind the Velvet Ropes

RealFocus folks got first word of SiteCompli’s most exciting announcement – InCheck, the newest tool for communication and collaboration across real estate management organizations, is here! InCheck helps you take operations beyond compliance, taking your everyday tasks from to-do to done.
